General: Favourite Animal?

Mine's Penguins, particularly fairy Penguins;; the smallest of their species. I love them because they're odd, and like to stand out from their groups. Flying is so last century.

I thought I'd kick start this forum too. So, what's your favourite and why?

I'm sort of an animal lover myself. However, my favourites would have to be::

Owls - I don't have much of a reason, except they are cute [occasionally] and quite simply amazing animals.

Falcons - I've loved them ever since that time we had one visit our classroom because of Career Day. They're another animal that's simply amazing, in my opinion.

Pretty Much Every Animal In The Cat Family [I own three cats as it is =D] - I've never had a reason - It was an obsession that started way back in the times I don't remember anymore.

My favorite animal for as long as I can remember has always been a dolphin. They're so graceful and elegant.
